Cedarhurst Unitarian Universalists, as a religious community, nurture spiritual growth and promote justice and harmony in the world
Cedarhurst Unitarian Universalists (CUU) is an open spiritual community in which people develop their own religious philosophy. We draw from many wisdom traditions, including: Judaism, Christianity, Sufism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism and Earth Religions. We also find inspiration in the traditions of science, poetry, philosophy and literature. We are a faith community that is welcoming for all those questioning the meaning of life in a busy and hectic world. We offer an oasis of peace and tranquility through worship, meditation, prayer and reflection.

You’ve heard of a garden party? But what about a garage party? Many enjoyed good food and fellowship at Board President’s Maria Warburton and her spouse Bill’s home yesterday at their CUU Auction Event. Perhaps it will become an annual auction sign-up event!
What's new at CUU? At Sunday's 10:30 AM service, Rev. Amy will preside over the final service before summer. The monthly topic is Beauty and will continue to be as we begin summer services. After a brief respite for coffee and conversation, we will hold CUU's Annual Meeting. Please note that as members we have a great opportunity to share talents to help make CUU even better! There are several openings on the board to be filled and we will be taking nominations from the floor! Please spend Saturday thinking about how your talents could improve our congregation. Then on Sunday we will see you at CUU!
Thanks to all for today's lunch, card, pie, cake, equipment and good wishes. Tom Zeller

Afterward, we will be having a pot luck lunch and you are asked to bring a dish to share. See you at CUU!
Please take a moment to think about them today...
What’s new at CUU? Well for for those who missed out on a trip downy oshun this weekend, there IS a 10:30 AM Sunday Service and I am curious to see what it will be all about. See what I did there? Stick around after for coffee and conversation. Unless we don’t, see you at CUU!

What's new at CUU? At the 10:30 AM Sunday Service, Rev. Amy begins our month-long look at curiosity. Curiosity and Community: How is it that we make community? What does it mean to be a member, a participant, and a co-creator of community? We will be looking at ways that ancient traditions help us to seek out community. Join us in a time of curiosity. Please join us after for coffee and conversation. See you at CUU!
What's new at CUU? At the 10:30AM Sunday Service, we close out our month of seeking wholeness with a Reimagined Sundays reminder that “Nothing We Do Will Be Perfect.” Please remain after the service for coffee and conversation. See you at CUU!

Looking for something a little different this morning? Come celebrate the Interconnection of the Earth with us. Earth Day is tomorrow and so this morning we will explore Unitarian Universalists 7th principle “Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part” and how spirituality interconnects us to the world around us. See you at 10:30! (or for a bit more traditional Easter service - come at 9:00)
